Order processing:
The available pieces will be ready for processing within 1–2 business days, excluding Fridays. This timeframe does not include shipping and delivery.
Delivery within Riyadh:
When choosing “Immediate Delivery”, confirmed orders arrive before 6 pm on the same day, and after that on the following day, depending on coverage and availability of product and delivery person.
Delivery to other cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
Delivery takes 1 to 4 business days.
Delivery to the Gulf countries:
Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days.
International delivery:
Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days, and the customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.
Pre-booking:
If a product is pre-ordered, shipping and processing may take 14 to 21 days to reach the customer.
Calculating shipping time:
It starts from the date the shipping company receives the order, and all timeframes are estimated.
Seasons and Shows:
Delivery times may increase during holidays, national days, promotions, peak periods, or when ordering multiple items.
Order tracking:
The tracking number is sent to the shipping company after the order is delivered. If it does not arrive, please contact us.
Shipping in installments:
The order may be shipped in batches if the items are in different warehouses, and the shipping company may be changed to expedite delivery.
Friday's orders:
Preparation begins on the next working day, and shipping is scheduled according to the shipping company's schedule.
Order reshipment:
If the shipment is returned due to non-receipt, it will be reshipped at a new fee borne by the customer.
